{"id":1272,"date":"2022-03-11T10:44:39","date_gmt":"2022-03-11T09:44:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cfirconsulting.com\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=1272"},"modified":"2022-03-11T10:44:39","modified_gmt":"2022-03-11T09:44:39","slug":"deux-02-assistantes-ressources-humaines","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/cfirconsulting.com\/index.php\/jobs\/deux-02-assistantes-ressources-humaines\/","title":{"rendered":"Deux (02) Assistant(e)s Ressources Humaines."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>OFFRE D\u2019EMPLOI<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Cabinet CFIR Consulting ETT recrute de toute urgence pour le compte d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de la place\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Deux (02) Assistant(e)s Ressources Humaines.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mission du poste<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L\u2019assistant(e)<\/strong> <strong>Ressources Humaines<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Assiste le responsable du service, pour la gestion et le suivi de l\u2019ensemble des dossiers li\u00e9s \u00e0 la gestion des personnels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condition \u00e0 remplir<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Etre titulaire BAC+3 en Gestion des Ressources Humaines ou tout autre dipl\u00f4me \u00e9quivalent ;<\/li>\n<li>Avoir au moins deux (02) ann\u00e9es d&rsquo;exp\u00e9riences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>T\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participer au processus de recrutement, prendre en charge l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouveaux salari\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>Mobiliser et d\u00e9velopper les ressources du personnel ;<\/li>\n<li>Participer \u00e0 la communication interne de l\u2019entreprise ;<\/li>\n<li>Accompagner la mobilit\u00e9 et la gestion des carri\u00e8res ;<\/li>\n<li>Tenir \u00e0 jour le registre du personnel, les dossiers individuels des salari\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>Se tenir inform\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la l\u00e9gislation sociale ;<\/li>\n<li>Elaborer les dossiers administratifs destin\u00e9s aux organismes de formation et de reconversion.<\/li>\n<li>Assurer des t\u00e2ches administratives : formalit\u00e9s d\u2019embauche, pr\u00e9paration de la paie ou licenciement&#8230;
